CEO and President

A continuous theme throughout projects that Ron manages has been to build technologies that enable people to work better, faster and cheaper by first studying the underlying business processes and then engineering flexible solutions. Ron is a former Psychology Professor with expertise in usability, information architecture, user experience (UX), certified by IBM (Rational) in object oriented analysis and design for large scale projects.

Ron's introduction to the music industry was bootlegging Grateful Dead albums, and he has had a strong interest ever since. Ron routinely DJs and is the host for Ann Arbor's Network Downtown and is a former Ann Arbor city councilman. He was the first person to use podcasting for fans to preview music before a show by encoding event metadata into the MP3 - ID3 tags (May, 2005 Detroit Electronic Music Festival).

Stephen Suarez

Product Manager

Stephen graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelors degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering in 2004. This degree provided a solid basis for Human Factors in computing systems as well as the design of systems for optimal efficiency. After graduating, Stephen worked in the Intellectual Property department of Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale and Dorr LLP, a top tier New York law firm.

He then moved on to Investment Technology Group, a technology based brokerage firm on Wall Street where he provided high level transaction cost analysis presentations to clients. Stephen also designed and oversaw the implementation of an automated system for the production and delivery of quarterly reports.

As Product Manager for Loud Feed, Stephen defines our iterative incremental development process by creating milestones for the Loud Feed product. Stephen is also in charge of User Experience for the Loud Feed product and manages consulting projects including user interface design and usability testing. In addition to the design of the product's interface, Stephen works with Google Analytics to report on user behavior at sites for our clients and thus improve conversion rates through the sales funnel.

Henry Glucroft

Business Development

An entrepreneur who always has a big idea to share, Henry has an addiction to anything related to new media, the music biz and the latest ‘cool’ companies. In charge of Business development for Loud Feed, Henry draws on his knowledge and understanding of the digital music landscape to position Loud Feed for success. In addition to marketing and sales for the company, Henry hopes to establish long term profitable strategic partnerships with companies that will help artists and labels monetize their content. He is also the co-founder of AIRDROP a label that is taking the lead on bridging the ways of doing business in the digital age, while preserving some of our current music heritage by pressing limited edition vinyl.

Graduating from Tufts University in 2007 with a BA in International Relations and Entrepreneurial Leadership, Henry worked hard to lead and learn what entrepreneurship and business were about in a worldwide marketplace. Influenced in part by Mark Twain’s saying “never let school get in the way of your education,” he became an avid reader and thinker as well as took time off from Tufts University to get hands on experience at Oriel Wines, a NYC based start up where he sold and marketed their wines.

From his humble business beginnings buying and selling cell phones, countless odd jobs, then wine, to launching AIRDROP, Henry has learned that an idea is only a fraction of what it takes to be successful and that great execution is what gives light to great ideas.
